No doctor–patient relationship is created by your use of the Site, by reading its content, or by submitting an inquiry form. A doctor–patient relationship is established only after an in-person consultation and mutual agreement to treatment. Submitting an inquiry or appointment request through the Site does not by itself create a confirmed appointment. Appointments are confirmed only when our office contacts you and confirms a date and time. Scheduling, cancellation, and payment policies are provided when you book and may be updated from time to time.
Cosmetic and restorative dentistry outcomes depend on each patient's individual circumstances. Before-and-after photographs and patient reviews on the Site reflect the experiences of actual patients of the practice; they are illustrative only, and individual results vary. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of the outcome of any procedure.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Health information we hold about you as a patient is protected under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
